We set high academic standards and support students in realizing their God-given potential. We spark intellectual curiosity and encourage in students a love of learning. We provide rigorous academic curriculum and a culture that develops integrity of character in preparation for high school, college and beyond.
We seek to develop a Christ-centered worldview within our students. We believe the Bible is the Word of God in its entirety. We believe that there should be more to school life than tests and grades. At West Hills Christian School, we are in the business of developing the whole children.
We strive to create a talented yet diverse student community where children thrive in each others’ company and appreciate different perspectives. Specialists guide our students through their experience in Computer Lab, Science, Spanish, Music, Library and Physical Education. We believe that through an active and engaging variate of activity, students keep their academic work in perspective, develop life-long hobbies and gain teamwork and interpersonal skills.
We see each child and their family as an extension of our own school family. We want children to be happy in school and to thrive in our care. We believe in high quality personal attention which recognizes each child as an individual with unique needs and building lifelong connections and relationships among students, parents, and staff.

After you kiss the kiddos goodbye, join us on The Patio for coffee and pastries. No worries, we’ll have plenty of kleenex too. New to the school? This is a great opportunity for you to connect with other new parents, ask questions, and meet members of the Leadership Team and other Support Staff who will be caring for your students throughout the day and year. Current families, this is a great chance for you to welcome new families and reconnect with friends. (Younger siblings are more than welcome to join you at this event).
Come to the school between 3-4:30 to visit your child’s classroom, meet your child’s teacher, take that darling school picture and drop off school supplies. Then join us for an all–family BBQ on the blacktop and lawn starting at 4pm. We’ll be serving burgers with all the fixings this year. Are you able to help? We are in need of a handful of volunteers to prep, cook and serve throughout the afternoon and evening. Please check out Volunteer Spot and sign up if you are able to help.
