Let us support you
Our program is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for students during afterschool hours. We are committed to supporting each child’s growth through engaging activities, positive relationships, and a Christ-centered atmosphere.
Minimum Enrollment: The program requires a minimum of 3 students daily to operate.
Operating Hours: The program operates from 3:30 to 5:30 on school days, starting September 9, 2024.
Cost: The program fee is $20 per day per child.
Snack Time: A nutritious snack is provided during the session.
Supervision: Each class will be run by a West Hills Teacher!
Trimester Registration: Sessions are structured on a trimester system without the opportunity for drop-ins.
Payment Deadline: Payment for each trimester will be added to your FACTS account before the start date of the session and treated as regular tuition factored into your
chosen payment schedule.
Makeup Policy: Unfortunately, we can not offer makeup sessions for days students miss.
Safe Environment: Our facility provides a safe and supervised environment for children to engage in activities and homework while you finish your workday.
Enriching Activities: Students will have access to various activities including indoor games, arts and crafts, and supervised outdoor play (weather permitting).
Qualified Supervision: West Hills Teachers are trained and committed to ensuring the well-being and engagement of all students.
Parent Communication: Updates and communication regarding program activities and/or any changes will be communicated directly with participating families via email.
